The seminar participants got to know all the elements of preparing the company for going public as an example of listed companies and their advisers. The seminar was addressed to entrepreneurs interested in the capital market. The speakers touched on issues that were intended to show all aspects of the company entering the WSE market, for both the regulator of the market and entities listed. The experiences with presence at the WSE, were told by the representatives of the companies ATC Cargo SA (listed on NewConnect) and Best SA (listed on the regulated market of the WSE and Catalyst).

The people gathered tried to find the answer to the question, for which the entities are dedicated to the solutions proposed by the WSE. Jerzy Bednarek has determined in detail how crucial is the role of an Authorised Adviser on the way of entering the NewConnect and Catalyst markets, and a representative of Brokerage, Paweł Sobkiewicz outlined, how a public offering of financial instruments seems in the light of the market conditions. Participants of the meeting learned the elements of preparing a company for going public in terms of finance and law. They acquainted with the tasks facing future issuers, challenges and details of cooperation with all advisors.
